Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool, causing fusion.
Four commonly used welding types are MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux- Cored arc welding.
No, welding can be done on a lot of different types of metal, like steel, aluminum, cast iron, nickel, etc. for different kinds of metals we offer different kinds of electrodes or wires, check out our product page according to your consumable requirement.

Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding or Gas Tungsten Arc welding (GTAW) is a process by which the metal joins by heating them with an arc between a tungsten electrode and the parent metals.
SPOT Welding/ERW uses non-consumable electrodes/wire.
Welding machines step down the voltage and increase the current (Amp) and while welding heat is generated due to high current which helps to get the molten stage of two mats which are being welded along with the extra fused mats like electrodes etc.
Welding supplies generally consist of welding rod, welding wire, holder, welding machines, shielding gas, etc . In the 21st century, we can buy welding supplies through online & offline mediums. To purchase through offline mediums a welder can purchase it from a local welding consumable store.
Metal Inert gas (MIG) is an arc welding process that uses a continuous solid wire heated and fed into the weld pool with the help of a welding torch.
Spot welding (also known as resistance spot welding) is a resistance welding process. This welding process is used primarily for welding two or more metal sheets together by applying pressure and heat from an electric current to the weld area.
A butt weld is one of the simplest and versatile types of weld joint designs. The joint is formed simply by placing two pieces of metal end-to-end and then welding along the joint. Thin sheets are usually welded without any weld edge preparation.
It depends upon the input power required by the machine and running with load etc. To calculate the power consumption of the welding machine, we need to multiply the wattage of the welding machine by the operational hours.
Both of the processes have their own advantages/disadvantages, usually, MIG welding is used for heavy and more productivity and TIG welding being used for ROOT RUN welding.
There are typically three types of welding machines: 1. Welding Transformer 2. Welding Generator 3.DC Welding Machine ( Maybe Inverter or Thyrester type).
It’s a power source that helps to get ARC welding.
TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding machine consists of a TIG torch and provides the DC and shielding gas through the machine.
